stay for all guests and our neighbours. By staying at the property, you agree to comply with the following rules.
General Conduct
● Please remove your shoes when entering the property.
● Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
● Be considerate of neighbours at all times.
Smoking, Fire Safety & Hazards
● Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property and in communal areas.
● No open flames, candles, incense, or similar fire hazards are permitted.
● Breaches may result in immediate termination and additional charges.
Noise & Neighbours
● No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.
● Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm onwards.
● Disturbance may result in termination without refund.
Guests & Occupancy
● Only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay.
● No unregistered guests without prior Host approval.
● Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
Pets
● Pets are not permitted unless prior written permission has been granted.
Check-In & Check-Out
● Check-in from 3:00 pm.
● Check-out by 10:00 am.
● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Rubbish & Recycling
● Use bins located under the sink.
● Communal bins are located opposite the main entrance.
● One bin for general waste and one for mixed recycling.
Ventilation & Energy Use
● Leave extractor fan on and door open after showering.
● Close windows, lock doors, and switch off lights and appliances before leaving.
Damage & Issues
● Guests are responsible for damage, loss, or missing items.
● Report any issues promptly after arrival.
Prohibited Items & Illegal Activity
● Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
● Illegal activity will result in immediate termination and may be reported.
