To lock the front door to the flat, you need to pull the handle up and then turn the key or knob (from inside) as it is a security door.
The bin store is located through the entrance hallway of the main building there is a door after the letterboxes, you will need your fob to enter. Through those doors is another door on your right, that is where you will find the communal bins.
We supply a starter pack of items which will include 4 large black bin bags. When these are finished, you will have to buy some more. There are plenty of shops on your front door that sell them.

Below the cooker there is a drawer on your right-hand side, open that and you will see two panels at the top of the drawer. The top one is where you will see the cutlery.
