This Guest Agreement applies to all direct bookings made with EIS Stays, a trading name of EIS Homes Ltd.

By confirming a booking, the Guest agrees to comply with the EIS Stays Terms & Conditions and House Rules.

1. Booking Details
The individual making the booking confirms they are at least 21 years of age and authorised to agree to this Agreement on behalf of all occupants.

2. Use of Property
The property is provided for short-term accommodation only and must not be used for parties, events, or unlawful purposes.

3. Occupancy
The maximum occupancy stated at booking must not be exceeded.

4. Security Deposit & Damages
The Guest accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs incurred during the stay.

5. Health & Safety
Guests stay at the property at their own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

6. Termination

EIS Stays reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in the event of serious breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

8. Guest Confirmation
By proceeding with the booking, the Guest confirms acceptance of this Agreement and the
associated Terms & Conditions.
